Nourish your body with healthy and delicious meals that we learn to cook every day… while enjoying the perfect mediterranean holiday. 

Relax and unwind and free your mind through daily meditation and yoga. Enjoy the Greek sun and summer and swim in the clear blue ocean.

Learn to cook deliciously healthy, nourishing and easy-to-make at-home dishes from various fantastic cooks. From classic Greek recipes to modern and gluten-free meals enjoy ranges of classes and leave inspired to bring ideas to your home cooking. 

Our cooking classes are aimed at all levels from beginners to experienced cooks, looking for new ideas and inspired recipes.

Yoga

Our retreat yoga classes are a balanced mix of meditation, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. We begin with centering meditation that leads into a gentle flow of yoga and ends with relaxation in Shavasana sending us into the day with clear, open and focused mind.

As the week continues and we discover more about ourselves and our current journeys, our practice can start to reflect our needs and our personal levels.
