Then after a deliciously fresh and healthy breakfast, enjoy a day of exploring a Greek traditional house with two library, endless terrace and gardens and cozy ready, sunlight or fresh air reading corners.
You can explore the island of Hydra with its magnificent sunsets, quirky alleys, and rustic Greek homes for inspiring sceneries.
You can swim, relax on the beach, go for walks, explore the island's history.
In the evening, you are welcome to join us on the terrace for the sunset and to discuss the day's adventures the books they are currently reading or pick and choose one to read and discuss all together.
Our retreat yoga classes are a balanced mix of meditation, hatha and vinyasa yoga. We begin with centering meditation that leads into a gentle flow of yoga and ends with relaxation in shavasana sending us into the day with clear, open and focused mind.
As the week continues and we discover more about our ourselves and our current journeys, our practice can start to reflect our needs and our personal levels.
All levels of yoga are welcome.
